Eligibility:

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Medical Qualification:

  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of clinical anaesthesia practice (paediatric experience preferred but not mandatory).

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent English (IELTS 6.5+ or institutional certification if a non-native speaker).
  • Institutional Support:
    • Letter of guarantee from home institution confirming job retention post-fellowship.
    • Two recommendation letters (one from the department head or supervisor).

Preferred Candidates:

  • Demonstrated commitment to improving paediatric anaesthesia in the home country.
  • Prior experience in teaching or research is advantageous.
