WASH Project - Parbotinagar Tube Well

Ten families now enjoy safe drinking water and improved hygiene, aligning with SDG 6.
Sanitation Gaps: Only two families have bathroom facilities, leaving eight at risk—urging action for latrine construction.
Housing Struggles: Substandard homes with broken roofs and makeshift shelters highlight the need for repairs.
Community Needs: Residents call for desalination, hygiene education, and support for vulnerable households like widows.
This cost-effective project ($150 or 18,225 BDT) marks a step forward, but comprehensive interventions are needed. ALO proposes scaling up sanitation, partnering with NGOs for housing repairs, and implementing desalination to enhance community resilience by 2030.
Take Action: Support ALO’s mission to bring sustainable water, sanitation, and housing to coastal communities!
