Eligibility:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Medical Qualification:
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
 
- Postgraduate qualification in anaesthesia (e.g., Master’s, Diploma, or Board Certification).
 
 - Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of clinical anaesthesia practice (paediatric experience preferred but not mandatory).
 
- Currently employed in a hospital in a low- or middle-income country.
 
 - Language Proficiency:
- Fluent English (IELTS 6.5+ or institutional certification if a non-native speaker).
 
 - Institutional Support:
- Letter of guarantee from home institution confirming job retention post-fellowship.
 
- Two recommendation letters (one from the department head or supervisor).
 
 
Preferred Candidates:
